Nova Vera Memecik Early Harvest is crafted from olives grown in the Aydın and Milas regions, where the Mediterranean climate at higher altitudes provides premium quality. This premium quality oil is produced using our Ultra Premium technique, where small, select parcels of Memecik olives are picked at their optimum ripeness and hand selected before milling. The quick cold press process ensures that the high phenolic content of this variety is transferred to the oil, making it an antioxidant-rich, robust, and exceptionally fruity olive oil.

Free fatty acidity value is at most 0.3%.
